Layouto is available through the Apple App Store and, in a direct edition, from this website. If you obtained the app from the App Store, your use is additionally governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you obtained it directly from layouto.app, the terms on this page are the complete license agreement. The plain-language terms below apply to both editions unless a section says otherwise.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Layouto on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.
Layouto offers a 7-day free trial in both editions.
App Store edition: after the trial, continued use requires an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Direct edition: after the trial, continued use requires a license key purchased from layouto.app. The key is verified entirely offline on your Mac; it is personal and may not be shared or resold. Refunds for direct purchases are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout and by applicable consumer law.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app. Layouto assists with typing; it does not guarantee that every correction is the one you intended. Review important text before sending.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
